Officeholders answer for districts, so we cut the building-level record by district: every registered condominium and cooperative assigned to its district by official boundary data, joined live to HPD, DOB, and facade-inspection records. Eight profiles exist so far; more follow as the catalog grows.

NYS ASSEMBLY · DISTRICT 74

Assembly District 74 — East Village, Gramercy & Kips Bay

335 registered condos and co-ops, 27,334 homes — the largest Assembly-district universe profiled so far. 467 open immediately-hazardous HPD violations across 125 buildings, 15 UNSAFE facades — and a condo-majority district whose enforcement record concentrates in its East Village co-op pocket.

Assembly District 24 — Jamaica Hills, Jamaica Estates & Oakland Gardens

45 registered condos and co-ops, 4,440 homes — half of them in one eastern-Queens co-op pocket. 325 open immediately-hazardous HPD violations across 27 buildings, 80% of them carried by just ten buildings. The first profile cut by state Assembly district.
